Bug on iOS 5 and iPhone 4S

I am continually getting odd freezes in the game many times during a session. It happens when I click "change car" and "downloaded maps" primarily. It also has frozen up when I click other buttons. However the two specific ones mentioned above cause the game to freeze much more often. And before I am asked, yes I have cleared the multitasking bar, and restarted my iPhone 4S to resolve memory issues. Can only rate it 3/5 stars thus far as the consistent freezes hamper any potential fun I could be having with the game.
